Burgas Fan is an independent city guide and visitor pass. It is not affiliated with the EBU, BNT or the Eurovision Song Contest and does not sell official event tickets.

Early access

Joining the early-access list is free and does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee that a paid product will launch.

Offers and partners

Preview partners and benefits may change before sale. Final validity, availability and redemption conditions will be shown at checkout and inside each pass.

Paid passes

A paid pass can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the event week begins, which means requests received by 11 April 2027. A refund returns the full amount you paid. After that date a pass is not refundable, because the city content, plans and partner arrangements it covers are prepared for that week in advance.

Founder Pass numbers are permanent. If a numbered pass is refunded, its number is retired rather than sold again, so the founder release still ends once number #300 has been issued.

These are our own terms and they do not limit any statutory consumer right you have under Bulgarian or European Union law. Full consumer information and the final cancellation wording are reviewed before paid presales are enabled.

Opening hours, events and transport information can change. We aim to keep updates accurate, but visitors should confirm time-sensitive details with the venue or provider.
