Joining the early-access list is free and does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee that a paid product will launch.

Paid passes
A paid pass can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the event week begins, which means requests received by 11 April 2027. A refund returns the full amount you paid. After that date a pass is not refundable, because the city content, plans and partner arrangements it covers are prepared for that week in advance.
Founder Pass numbers are permanent. If a numbered pass is refunded, its number is retired rather than sold again, so the founder release still ends once number #300 has been issued.
