Early access
Am I buying anything by joining?+
No. Early access is free and does not commit you to buy. Paid presales will open only when the offer and partner benefits are confirmed.
What happens to my email address?+
We use your email to send the updates you requested. Marketing consent is a separate, optional choice, and you can unsubscribe through a marketing email. Read the privacy notice for the full detail.
What happens if the project does not launch?+
Joining early access is not a purchase and does not guarantee that a paid product will launch. Nothing is charged at this stage, so there is nothing to refund if it does not.
The Founder Pass
How does the Founder Pass release work?+
The first release is 300 passes at EUR 29, individually numbered from #001 to #300 in the order they are bought. Once all 300 are sold, the founder release closes and the next release opens at EUR 49. The cap is the only limit: there is no countdown and no expiry date on the founder price.
What exactly do founders get?+
The full mobile pass with curated itineraries, partner benefits and event-week updates, plus an individual pass number. We do not publish a benefit list before partners have signed, so the complete Founder benefit list will be announced by 31 January 2027.
How will the pass work?+
You will receive a mobile pass with your plans, live updates and a unique code for participating partner benefits.
How does pass numbering work?+
Founder Pass numbers run #001-300 in payment order. A number is allocated only after Stripe confirms payment, and a number is not reserved for an unfinished checkout.
What happens when all 300 Founder Passes are gone?+
The founder release closes when #300 is issued. The next release opens at EUR 49.
Can I get my money back?+
A paid pass can be refunded in full up to 30 days before the event week begins, which means requests received by 11 April 2027. After that date a pass is not refundable. To request one, write to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
What happens to a number if a pass is refunded?+
A refunded Founder number is retired rather than sold again. The founder release still ends when #300 has been issued.
Why are named benefits not listed yet?+
We name benefits only after a business has signed. The full Founder benefit list will be announced by 31 January 2027.
Independence and contact
Is this an official Eurovision product?+
No. Burgas Fan is an independent city product with no affiliation to the EBU, BNT or the Eurovision Song Contest, and it does not include event tickets.
Does the pass include tickets or official access?+
No. Burgas Fan does not sell or bundle official event tickets. The pass is for the city experience around your visit.
Can a local business join?+
We approach local places ourselves and agree everything in person, so there is no sign-up form on this site. We are looking for places that can offer a genuine benefit to a visiting fan.
